Making A Purchase : This could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, click on any items that you require and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for payment details that we require to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept credit card payments by either Visa or Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you are shopping from North America or outside the United Kingdom , place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your National currency.
Credit Card Security : All credit card details are encrypted in the software when the order is placed and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Shipping And Handling : All our products are shipped by either our own transport or by professional carriers.
All Orders received by 2.00pm will be delivered within 48 hours. (Scotland within 72 hrs).

| Delivery Schedule : We deliver your order promptly from our Warehouse stock. You should expect to receive your order within seven (7) days and you will always be informed of any enforced delay. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel if you are unable to wait for shipment. |
